My Little Dashie: Sick DayI woke up one Monday morning, hopped in the shower and got dressed for work. I wasn't exactly looking forward to getting up so early, after all, Dashie and I stayed up pretty late last night playing Checkers. We were still celebrating over her Cutie Mark, I know it's a bit obsessive, but I'm just so proud of her for getting it. Much to my surprise, she's quite the skilled Checkers player. She beat me every single game we played. Although I was sort of holding back, simply because I loved seeing her so happy
especially when the reward was a big hug.I peeked in on Dashie to make sure she knew that I was heading off to work. Upon opening her door, I noticed she was still in bed. This wasn't that unusual; she does usually get up about the same time I do, but she has been known to sleep in once in a while
especially when she stays up real late."Get up Dashie" I called to her, trying not to startle her too much.
My Little Dashie: A MomentUPDATE: NOW POSTED ON MY FIMFICTION ACCOUNT AS WELL! LINK: My FIMFiction PageFinally, it's done and ready! This is a fanfiction called "A Moment". It is a sequel to the fic "My Little Dashie" by ROBCakeran53. This won't make sense unless you've read that, so head on over to his profile and read it (I put a link in the description). Also, in the description I put a link to the picture that gave me inspiration for the final scene (and, to a degree, the entire story). When they gather for cookies and cocoa, have that image ready to augment my descriptions (I can only describe clothes so well; I'm not a pro, you know!).Okay, so here's the deal. I feel this story would be a tad long to post here in its entirety (or, at least, it would make getting to the comments SUCK), so I have instead taken the liberty to provide a link to it in the description
My Little Dashie: Game OverI grunted as I hefted the stark white bags filled with foodstuffs out of the trunk of my car. I had noticed we were running out of food at the moment (Well, mostly food for Dashie...she's an herbivore and all), so I had decided to stop by a local Wal-mart and get more vegetables for her to eat before heading home from work today. Well, the Wal-mart wasn't exactly local, but it was close enough for me to make a round trip in just under an hour. I mostly just made salads for her, but as the fanon was correct about her not being able to cook at all, she needed some simple, quick grub while I was at away at work each day.The bags almost completely obscured my vision as I carried all of them in my arms, piled high to the point where I had no idea what lay in front of me. Going by feel, I approached the door of the house and quietly opened it; I didn't want to wake up Dashie if she was asleep. She liked to take naps during the day, and was a tad too awake at night, which made
My Little Dashie ContinuationPonyville was blinded as a flash of white light engulfed the town square. There was a large bang, then nothing. Lying in the centre of the square were seven ponies, one of them being the magical Princess Celestia. They all slowly got to their feet, dazed, but alright."Rainbow, you're back!" Twilight Sparkle exclaimed, hugging the pegasus pony. Rainbow Dash returned the favour."Hi Twilight!" she said happily, "But, where did I go?"The ponies looked at each other. It was obvious that Rainbow had no recollection of the fifteen years (or, in Ponyville, fifteen days) she had spent with her human father. She had grown up with him, and now, she remembered nothing. A soft pang of guilt struck Twilight.Applejack turned to face the Princess, "Thankin' yer kindly, Princess,"she said in her usual tone, "Fer helping us get our friend back."Princess Celestia smiled, "It was no problem at all, Applejack.""Dashie, you're BACK!" Pinkie Pie screamed happily.Dashie, Rainbow thought. That nickname
Caught in his webDuring the early hours of the day, a silver haired naga was making his way through the forest. His name was Ikiru and he certainly wasn't your average naga. Ikiru was kind, gentle, sweet and playful while others of his species were rather mean and cruel. His brethren shunned him for being a softy, but Ikiru didn't really mind that. The only thing bothering him was that he felt so lonely all on his own.He tried to remedy that in every possible way, which is why he often looks for prey. Other species, especially the inferior ones were seen as food and while Ikiru did enjoy eating others, his kind heart couldn't bear the thought of hurting someone. Luckily nagas have a special system that allows them to let the prey go free, but sadly Ikiru was the only one who made use of that.Wandering through the forest he was looking for some prey, mostly because he wanted someone to cuddle and play with, but also because he was hungry. His last meal had left a few days ago and though Ikiru had been
